These Terms and Conditions govern your use of helloplacements.com and the services offered by hello placements (“we”, “us”). By using our website or booking a session, you agree to these terms.
What we offer
We provide 1-on-1 mentorship, mock interviews, and the DSA framework session, along with free tools and content. Our sessions are educational and guidance-based. We do not guarantee jobs, placements, interview calls, or any specific outcome. Results depend on your own effort.
Bookings and payments
- The DSA framework session is a 60-minute 1-on-1 session priced at ₹1,499 + 18% GST (₹1,769).
- A priority slot may be booked for ₹99, which secures your session and is fully adjusted against the session price. The ₹99 is non-refundable (see the Refund Policy).
- Optional week-long extensions are available at ₹999 per week, up to two weeks, arranged directly with us.
- Payments are made by UPI. For the ₹99 priority slot you upload a payment screenshot, which we verify by hand before confirming your booking (within 2 hours).
- Submitting a fake, edited, or AI-generated payment screenshot cancels the booking and permanently blocks you from all our services.
Scheduling, rescheduling & conduct
- Free consultations can be booked from the next day onward; priority slots may be booked the same day, at least 2 hours in advance.
- Once you buy the DSA framework session, it can be rescheduled at most once. It cannot be cancelled or refunded (see the Refund Policy).
- Please join on time. If you don’t show up for a booked session without notice, it is treated as delivered.
- You agree to use the sessions respectfully and not to record, resell, or redistribute our material without permission.
Waitlists
Where slots are full, you may join a waitlist. Invitations are sent in the order joined (first come, first served). A priority invitation includes a payment link that is valid for 24 hours; if it isn’t paid in time, the slot may be offered to the next person.
Limitation of liability
Our services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, hello placements is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or sessions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
